We begin at 6am everyday with a bit of heat and a lot of seasoned hickory. Our rotating pit bastes the meats to that juicy perfection you expect with every bite. Ribs that fall off the bone, pulled pork so moist and delicious you will want more. Smoked chicken and many specials that are posted on our facebook page daily.
The pit will travel!
Aside from working from the home residence, we take the smoker anywhere you want us to go. We provide catering options as well as delivery options. Family reunions, company parties, or just a get together with friends, we will bring the smoker to you so you can enjoy all the wonderful smoked meats you crave. Want to stay indoors for a quiet night? Call us and for a $3 delivery fee, we will bring your favorites to your door.
